Aiko kicked her legs against the vampire, though the were tied together. "Let me go!" She cried, though she was unable to be heard through the gag. She wiggled her body about, making the run most uncomfortable for the vampire man. Oh Nakaia, please hurry... She thought, hoping that the panther would pick up the scents.
A black panther slunk though the bushes, being sure to leave tracks for the others. He had to follow the tracks, lest the scent get cold and they lose Aiko forever. He glanced back, wishing the fairies the best of luck, and tredgeing onward.

Two Wyverns swooped down from the sky, with black-armored Vampires on their backs. The Vampires leapt off lightly, landing gracefully on their feet. They moved forward towards Ginzo, and he walked past them, tossing Aiko up behind the saddle, then clambering up to it himself. The smaller of the two Wyverns suddenly perked its head up, and growled ferociously at the bushes where the panther was hiding.
The larger Wyvern leapt at the forested clump, ripping and tearing, lashing about, while the other Wyvern remained behind reluctantly, to guard the Princess on her back. The two Imperial Guards urged Ginzo to leave, and the Wyvern burst up, hovering a few feet above the ground, preparing for a journey back to her warm pen.
The two guards raised their crossbows, and aimed around, trying to find a target. The guards were armed to the teeth, both with a pair of repeater crossbows, braces of knives, a glaive each, and longswords. All their weapons were of the finest quality, as they were the best warriors the Vampiric Empire had to offer, and it showed in their precise, trained movements.

Nakaia hissed, leaping back. His strong claws striked for the wyvern attacking him, then her turned around, running. He knew were they were going, the vampire demenses. The panthers lean muscles easily carried his strong body through the forest, simply a streak of black and blue, unable to be caught. I have to warn... he thought as he ran.

The Wyvern lifted itself up effortlessly into the air, and while the panther was faster than anything on the ground, the Wyvern was faster yet in the air. He swooped down, catching Nakaia in his long, curved claws, and carried the panther up, preparing to drop it.
The Imperial guards waited, still at full alert, senses at one hundred percent. They would pay for it later, but that's life when you're the guard of the single most important person in your Empire. They kept their repeaters at the ready, constantly scanning for any threat. They had no way of getting back until the Wyvern returned.
Ginzo and Aiko flew on, passing over miles. As they passed far above Korona, he saw a paradisical-like place, enveloped in an opalescant bubble. He shook Aiko awake, after securely tying her into a little knot, so that she could barely breathe. "That's what we're all fighting so hard for," he told her, smirking slightly.

Tears sprung from Aiko's eyes. She could feel that Nakaia was in trouble. Nakaia.... She thought painfully. Then a thought hit her. If I'm not alive they won't have use for me... maybe.... She thought. She began to 'gasp' for air, 'unable' to breath. Her act was fairly convincing, her cheeks even started to turn purple (o.O) I hope this works... She thought silently, glancing towards the forest as she begged for air.
Nakaia twisted his body in the wyverns claws, injecting his own razor sharp claws into the wyverns leg. The pain would cause the Wyvern to drop the panther to the ground, which suited Nakaia just fine. He had fallen from much larger heights without a scratch, being feline always had it's ups.

Ginzo looked at Aiko, somewhat concerned. He examined her body with his senses, and found that she was just pretending. "No need to pretend, now that I already know," he told her cruelly. "So you might as well stop now." They continued to fly, passing over Korona, and into the very edge of the Human Empire.
((Um... they're like over a thousand feet high... like maybe 2500 feet high... really think you can live that far up?))
The Wyvern's claws contracted, slicing through muscle and fat, and making eight deep incisions into Nakaia's body. Then, the claws abruptly loosened, and the panther fell, all those 2000 feet down to the forest, crashing through the trees. The Wyvern circled back around, heading back to his bond-mate, Rakshas, who was one of the Imperial Guards.

Aiko returned to her quiet self, just silently crying. She wanted so badly to be free, not wanting to know what awaited her at the castle
Nakaia cringed in pain as he flew, but landed neatly on the ground. he watched as the wyvern flew away, then ran, not as fast, through the shrubbery. He had to get to the others.... he had too.

"WHERE'D THEY GO?!" Ally screamed through the heavily blowing wind, squinting to try and find the shapes of the Vampire and Fairy Princess. "WHERE ARE THEY??"

Illishar left off, having been driven off by the fierce prey. He swooped upwards, and from thereonforth, lived on a cloud, and had many fine babies. The Imperial Guards mounted the Wyvern, and returned home to the Vampire Castle. Ginzo and Aiko landed neatly in the Courtyard, and Kirsdarke swept out of his Tower, his eyes cold, but his face smiling. "Welcome to my humble abode, Princess," he said mockingly...

Naridi flew up above the tips of pines and oaks to view the path leading through the woods. Nothing. There were no bodies lurking through the trees. She turned around to face Ally and Kaori, and opened her mouth to tell them she saw nothing, but then an idea sprung to mind. Ridi blasted up, going higher and higher, until she popped through the clouds. Sure enough, there she saw Wyverns leaving a dark figure in the clouds.
"I know where they are," she yelled over the crying winds. "They're above the clouds," she told, "about 2 miles away at Kirsdarke's castle!"

Kaori frantically flapped her wings to get higher, a desperate look in her eyes. She felt the Elf weighing her down as she struggled to fly at the same speed as Ridi.
"What's the weather up there like??" Rae yelled towards a hovering Naridi, her vision blurring because of the sharp winds.

"Not as bad as down there!" She yelled, hoping that Ally and Kaori could here. "Winds are'nt the best, but they're easier, and you can see much better! COME ON!"

"It's fricking COLD, what are you talking about?!" Ally screamed in despair, trying to help Kaori's struggle. "We just.. have to be.. in time.."
Swimming in midair, Ally thrashed about while holding tightly to the Fairy. She kicked her legs repeatedly as if it could make her fly, but to no avail.
"This won't work!" she wailed, looking helplessly at the tiny tiny speck of a castle 500 miles away. "It'll take too long!"
