Sammy's eyes widened in recognizition, her amber eyes round as saucers. "My sister was with him an hour ago or so.. I saw her with him and two other halflings.." she spoke in hushed tones of awe and anticipation, her voice fading away at the end of her sentence before staring up at the man.
"Whatever you want me to do, I'll do it." The Elven girl's voice was confident and smooth, confusing even herself into wondering where she had become so calm and sly. "All I ask is that I may trade the gold for medicine for my mother."

"All you have to do is tell me where he is; I will then trust you to have medicine now..." His hand retracted into his pocket as the thought of medicine driffted through his head.
"Do me wrong, and there shall be a punishment; I hope you know what that is." He said, as his hand crept back out of his pocket and out twords the elf's face.
Perking her chin up, he opened his mouth. "Agreed?" He asked her raising an eyebrow with a girn appearing on his face.

Sammy nodded quickly, streching out her hand for the medicine with an eager smile, eyes glinting in eager, almost HUNGER, at the sight of the medicine.
"He's at the river seperating Halfling and Elf camp!" the Elf's words slid out before she took any notice of them coming. "I'll lead you there and keep my sister busy so she doesn't notice you, okay?"

"Taking his hand away from her chin, he began digging through his pockets. "I won't ask what's wrong with your mother, but this should cure what ever is." He said, pulling out a vile with red liquid.
"If you ever need anything from me, you can let me know." He said slyly, handing her the vile.

Quickly snatching the vial, Sammy's face transformed into one of concern and pale horror before quickly shoving the bottle into her pocket.
"Let's go," she said, leading Vincent onwards to where she had seen Ally, Rini, and that boy. "What are you going to do to the harpy boy anyway?"

"Well, you can say he's alot like you.." he said, giving her a fairly small clue of his connection with the harpy.
"Anyways," he said, looking twords the forest. "Where to?" He asked, wondering where his friend may be.

Sammy internally gasped, but she chose not to display this emotion and merely nodded, though she wanted to cry out in panic as to wondering if he had killed her sister or any of her friends.
Threading effortlessly through the closely knitted trees, Sammy called out, "This way, over here a little more.."
Falling sharply into the river, Sammy became drenched in the cold liquid, and she bit her tongue to keep from yelling in surprise.
Gripping a tree to pull herself out, Sammy managed to climb back onto the grassy bank with a lot of sounds being made, alerting others of her prescence. She silently cursed herself, but continued forward until someone shouted next to her ear and a hand shot out and gripped a handful of her shirt.
Sammy turned wildly to Vincent, mouthed 'Go!', and proceeded to let herself be dragged away by her sister, preparing for the great dramatic acting of the century.
I should so get paid extra for this.. Sammy thought with a groan as a sword flashed through the air next to her cheek.

Vincent took the chance to go off and track down his lost; the Harpy Boy. Where are you? He asked himself, as he searched for foot prints or signs of a struggle.
Finally, he came across a black feather and a couple foot prints around the tree that left no sense of direction... but up. Found you. He said, figuring out where the harpy had headed to- Human Territory.

Sammy said all the right things, helped her sister, ran home, waited for Ally to leave, and swiftly exited the tent again. Everything that had just happened seemed a blur, as all of it was like a lie-- she had her reasons for this sudden betrayal besides her mother's illness.
Quickly reaching the halfway mark using her hill passage, Sammy noticed fresh footprints leading straight-- to Human camp?!
Sammy ran along the footsteps, trying to track them desperately, not thinking it would work too well. She left Vincent about 20 minutes ago, hopefully she could catch up to him in time.
