Rini reached out her hand and touched her finger to the jade. ''Hmm..." She thought out loud. She could feel it sapping her energy, how much more was it doing to the harpy?
"Does it hurt?" She asked him, looking up worridly. How can I get it off without hurting him? She thought sadly...

"Ripping it off?" He asked her as he began to slighty tug on the stone. I'm getting to weak to rip it off... the wolf keeps talking. He said as he could feel himself wanting to slip.
It had been a while since he had seen the dragons, but he didn't want anything to do with them anyways... at least, not in seeing them alive.

Rini blinked. "You're weak..." She said softly. "Here, come lie down." She pointed towards a shaded area under a tree. The wolf helped the harpy to his feet, pulling him along, then setting him down. "I'll get some water." She said softly. "You stay put."
With that she scurried back to the pound and scooped up some fresh water, placing it in a small sack of clothe that should keep it in place. She came back to the harpy ad gently ran the water on him, hoping it would make himf eel better.

If she says I'm weak, how does she think I will do by crawling over there? He said to himself as he stared at the Weeping Willow. His hands wrapped around stone as he tried to tug on it, only to be dumped on with water.
"What was thast for?!" he asked, as he began to lose his breath from loss of energy and yelling. Don't pass out.. He said to himself as he stared at the halfling awaiting her answer.

Rini ignored his question and placed her hand against his chest, pulling on the jade. She tugged, it held firm. "Does it hurt?" She asked, clenching the jade tightly.

The harpy slowly began to lose contousness as she began tugging onto the stone. A pained look appeared on his face as she questioned him. "..." His mouth opened, but nothing came out of it.
His eyes rolled back, quickly shooting forward again as he managed to remain himself from blacking out.

"One last pull, it should come off." She reasured him, pulling against him, the stone flying away from her hand as it came free.
"Are you ok?!?!" She asked, turning her attention to the harpy, who now looked quite pale.

Almost instantly, the harpy passed out from the moment that the wolf halfling released him from the leech like jade stone that was once attatched to his chest. His eyelids were closed and his wings were spread out across the ground as his stomache layed on the grass.
The harpy boy had a black out.

"NYAH!" Rini yelped as the Harpy boy collapsed. "Wake up!" She cried frantically, crawling up to him, shaking him gently. "Wake up." She begged him. I'm sorry! She thought painfully cradleing the hapry in her lap.

Motionless, the harpy continued to be in his black out and lay in the arms of the wolf halfling. His mind and body both showed nothing as his wings lied out and apart. If one were to look at his chest where the stone once lay, you could tell that there once was sokmething there.
A bruise layed in it's place, as a dark ring circled it fading into his pale skin. Harpy boy was out cold.

Rini brushed the harpy's hair away from his eyes. "Wake up." She pleaded, shaking him slightly. Don't die! She begged in her mind. Just don't die!
She burried her head against him. "Wake-up." She pleaded again and again.

Yasutaka mumbled a few words quietly as his body still layed motionless. With out any energy left, he couldn't stay awake; nor could he speak corectly. Lightly, his eyes opened, but everything still stood dark to him.
Staying as strong as possible, the harpy lifted his head, trying his best to gain energy, only to quickly lose everything once more and close his eyes. His head rested on the halfling's lap again as his breathing still stood soft.

Rini pulled away. He's... he's trying to stay strong.... She thought silently, showing as little emotioin as she could. (and doing a horrible job mind you.)`
"Stay still." She whispered, not wanting him to strain his already worn out body. "Relax." She said soothingly. "It's ok." She spoke these words not only trying to calm Yasutaka, but also to calm herself.

Yasutaka's eyebrows curved, giving his face a 'hurt' effect. He knew that he had to stay motionless and rest, but as much as he needed to, he wanted to get up. Doing as told, he relaxed, wondering what could happen while he rested.
Why? Why does she care the slightest bit about me? I'm not an interesting creature... Yasutaka's thoughts began to fade away as he fell asleep in a curled up position.

The wolf halfling watched as the harpy boy slept. Whats your name? She wondered idley. She gently stroked the boys face, brushing his hair out of his eyes. He looks... so peaceful...
(heh heh... should Rini do something? *quirks eyebrow*)
